This Privacy Policy explains how GEOly: Schema & JSON-LD (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects information when it is installed on a Shopify store.

Information we process

To provide the App, we process the following information:

• Store and account information: your Shopify store domain and merchant account information supplied through Shopify authentication.
• Storefront information: product, collection, page, blog, and business details needed to configure structured data.
• Service information: schema settings, FAQ and video entries, and usage records needed to operate and support the App.

How we use information

• To configure and publish JSON-LD structured data for your storefront.
• To authenticate merchants, maintain App settings, and provide support.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law or a lawful request. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App and meet legitimate operational or legal obligations.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the data we process. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

Shopify privacy requests

The App does not store Shopify customer or order records. It supports Shopify’s mandatory customer data request and customer redaction webhooks. When Shopify sends a shop redaction request, we delete the store’s persisted App data, including sessions and schema-related settings, subject only to data we must retain by law.
